Bothell woman arrested for first-degree assault

EVERETT, Wash. — The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO)Major Crimes Unit arrested a 20-year-old Bothell woman for allegedly shooting a 19-year-old man late Sunday night in Everett.

SCSO Director of Communications Courtney O’Keefe said deputies responded to the shooting at a residence in the 300 block of 134th Place Southwest around 10:40 p.m.

Emergency Services transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center with severe injuries.

O’Keefe said the woman was taken into custody and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for first-degree assault domestic violence.

The incident, according to O’Keefe, is under investigation.
