On Monday, Aug. 16 at 1:28 p.m., officers came in contact with two illegal campsites set up in the wooded area of the on-ramp to Southbound I-405 from Northbound SR 527 S.E. Officers contacted a male subject who had two warrants for his arrest. The subject into custody, transported and booked into jail.
Officers responded to a report of an angry subject inside the Canyon Park Bank of America on Tuesday, Aug. 17 at 10:23 a.m., who was yelling at employees. The reporting party stated that they wanted to have the subject trespassed from the location. Upon arrival, officers determined that the subject had an overdrawn bank account. Officers trespassed the subject from the location.

On Tuesday, Aug. 17 at 1:29 p.m., officers responded to a report of a male subject who came out of the bushes in the 3800 block of Monte Villa Pkwy and pointed a black handgun at the reporting party and said “stop following me!” The reporting party raised their hands and backed away slowly. After turning the corner, the reporting party ran back to their office and called 911. The reporting party last observed the suspect walking eastbound on Monte Villa Pkwy. Officers conducted an area check but were met with negative results.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired at the Bothell Library at 8:16 p.m., on Wednesday, Aug. 18. Upon arrival, they determined a bail bondsman was attempting to capture a wanted felon. The bail bondsman shot several pepper balls at the suspect’s vehicle as they were fleeing the scene. The suspect was not captured.
On Wednesday, Aug. 18 at 8:51 p.m., officers responded to a reporting party who said there was a car following them from the Mill Creek area. The reporting party said they were near the Bothell Police Department and were going to drive around the block and then pull into the police station’s parking lot. Officers responded and watched as the reporting party traveled southbound on 101st Ave. N.E. and turned into the Police Department’s lot. Directly behind him was a white Ford Expedition that also turned into the lot. The driver of the Ford was greeted by officers. The reporting party said they had made dozens of turns and the person had continued to follow them. At one point, they had pulled into a residential driveway and stopped. The suspect had also stopped and backed into the driveway directly next to them. The reporting party said they have no idea who the suspect is, and have never seen him before. The reporting party was nervous the suspect was going to harm them. The driver of the second vehicle claimed to be an FBI agent and was also a shape-shifter. He was arrested and booked for DUI drugs.
At 6:27 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 20, a Honda Civic was reported driving erratically headed southbound on Bothell-Everett Hwy from 228th St S.E. The Honda was observed swerving repeatedly, hitting a median and the driver appeared to be dozing off at traffic lights. The still-occupied vehicle was contacted by officers in the Safeway parking lot at 240th St SE. The vehicle was parked diagonally taking up two parking spots and the driver when contacted appeared to be under the influence of an unknown intoxicant. Officer’s investigation revealed that the suspect was under the influence of an unknown drug. The suspect was booked into jail without incident.
